Antarctica collaborated with Diego Ramirez and proposed two alternate investigations in theHousing for Diversity competition.
This project contains one-room dwellings, family apartments and some communal and public functions- in this case our proposal for a market of variying size in the undercroft of the building.

The was an attempt to bring urban life to the often-lonely inhabitant of such buildings, and to re-invigorate an inner city suburb of Perth , bombed out by freeway development. This scheme was awarded an Honourable mention.
