Graham Crist
Graham Crist BArch(hons) UWA MArch UWA registered Architect (Victoria) 1996 Graham is a founding member of Antarctica and brought 13 years professional experience to the group. He has worked in offices in Melbourne, Perth and Paris, and prior to Antarctica, his own practices in Perth and Melbourne, including the partnership Harrison and Crist. He was educated in Perth, and studied that city intensely – he now studies Melbourne closely through building and through parallel academic activity at RMIT University. He maintains an active role in the profession, currently being a member of the RAIA Environment and Education committees. His work has been published in Architecture Australia, Monument and AR- both as a writer and a designer, and he has participated in exhibitions of his work on many occasions. Through these activities Graham tries to understand architecture in the fullest sense both in relation to its environments and to the social conversations around it. |
